DALLAS ZOO
Yes, working with the zoo is as fun as it sounds. My team worked on advertising and marketing for the launch of the new hippo exhibit, as well as general zoo marketing. I managed a team of art directors and copywriters, and was responsible for maintaining the relationship between the creative department and key zoo stakeholders.

ANNUAL REPORT
The zoo relies heavily on donations and corporate sponsorship, we were tasked to create the annual report and supplemental b2b handouts to help drive that funding. Breaking down the complex information into bite-sized bits was the most challenging, but ultimately rewarding part of this project.






HIPPOS DIRECT MAIL
The return of the hippos was a big deal for Dallas Zoo. A multi-million dollar enclosure was created as a new home for the hippos and the zoo was very buzzy. Our task was to announce their return in a fun and engaging way. We utilized social, digital, outdoor, and traditional media to let everyone know... here come the hippos!

This direct mail was created to encourage b2c donations and you could purchase a personalized brick in the actual exhibit. It was designed to fold into a table tent, showing the hippo emerging from the water. We're told they were popular desk displays. The team took home the 2017 BRONZE ADDY for direct mail.
